Comments: At 37, After years of feeling wired, emotional and out of control I am happy to finally find out that I am NOT a weak person!! I just have a medical condition. I wish that I knew earlier... I may not have given up a career because I couldn't handle the STRESS. I know that I would have felt better about myself if it had been diagnosed. I can't believe that doctors don't make these blood tests routine. I haven't started treatment yet. Just Inderol for now but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thank God!!! Comments: hi this is my first time using the net. Iwas first diagnosed with graves disease in 1997,tired all the time eating any thing i wanted and still losing weight by July 98 iwas of all medication. June 99 it has returned Doctors are deciding on radiation or the operation.

Comments: I am an eighteen year old sufferer of graves disease and I was diagnosed 2 years ago after I became an emotional wreck. I have been on medication since then and now my doc has just taken me off the medication as my levels for now are okay. I am now very concerned about my future chances of falling pregnant and if you could give me any advice it would be very much appreciated. I am so relieved that there are so many people in the same situation as me. I no longer feel so alone. Thank you for this excellent site!
