And again I am back after a long absence in time. Time... What the heck is that all about anyway aside from making you older, giving you a chance to get smarter, learn a few things, do a few things, have life altering events... No Big Deal. Right?

So it's been another two years.. Well, this time it's been two years, two cars, and two grandchildren.. So there!

Starting from the newest and working my way back... Or should I start then and move forward?... Let me ponder that... Pondering...

Ok Ok Ok Ok... Two years ago I had a car wreck and lost my beautiful Malibu. I ended up getting ripped off when I bought a used Bew-Ick ~~ptpth~~. Finally got the chance to trade that in for a new Chevy and am once happy again in Cardom.

Fast forward to the Summer of 2006 when my kids sent me a picture of what looked to me like a sonogram of a ferret's nose. Well, they had two ferrets and swore they would never have children... It just never entered my mind that it might be a sonogram of their twin babies! Sheesh! Talk about falling off the chair when they finally had to tell this graying old head. What a great surprise!! A boy and a girl... both fantastic kids with their own special personalities like the rest of the family. Can't say they belong to any other clan!!:) They are one-year old now. Amazing how quickly that happens.

Dale and I got back together in August 2006. What a special man he is. But then I'm special too... in my own way... Nope... Still not married yet, but what's the rush? Seems like everything needs to happen fast when you're young and have lots of time. But as you get older and time should be of the essence, you become more patient... Hmmm... wonder if that's part of knowledge base you gain with time or if it's the dementia you gain with it? Interesting thought... I think... I think I'll stop thinking about that for now. Yes, I can say "for now" and feel safe since I won't remember later what it was I apparently was going to remember at some point in the future. What was I saying?

My job is going great! Got Team Player of the Year Award for 2007 and a nice raise the beginning of this year. Can't complain one bit about the job. A'int that great? I love my job and love the people (well, most of them) Still like all just not love all. :)

My health... well ... fair to midland. January 2007... Pulse went nuts... BP way up... Went to the Doctor and the Doctor said too much Armour thyroid. Well, after a few sets of tests I had to agree. Dropped my dose from 180 mg per day to 160 mg per day. Pulse is down (mostly), BP is down (mostly and with a beta blocker to help), weight, though, is not down. I've been "blooming" since then. Lost that special "Rock Star" look and feel. Tired a lot, skin problems with that GD skin thing... But... and these are good buts... My mind is still good despite the slugdom I've reverted back to and although I feel tired a lot I don't feel like a walking zombie (mostly). So it's still better than before the Armour.

So, some of you may have found that I have my own domain now. My sweet son got it for me and one of his long-time good friends is hosting the site. All for free. What did I do to deserve such good people in my life? No idea but I'll take it!

So, that's it for now. Have had lots of work and home - work and home stuff. I think it's called life in the 50's. Well I am 55. Seems like just yesterday my Mom was 55. Yep... probably patience via dementia :) So, til next time... Look to the Future! And try not to forget how to live! Sue --{--{@
